Located near the connector on 33rd and Chinden, our studio is easily accessible from all parts of the Treasure Valley. Just minutes from the Boise River Greenbelt, the Riverside Hotel, and an array of amazing restaurants.

Our classes and events are located on the Momence app. You can also click on the Classes or Workshops tab and scroll down and view the upcoming schedule. Click "Book Now" for the class you want.

There are spaces in front of the studio and in front of Sacred Realms outside of business hours. You can also park on Brown Street down from the studio. Please make sure you are looking at signs that say no parking or you may get booted.

For most classes and events you will want to be wearing clothes that are comfortable moving and laying in. Please leaves shoes at the door or in the cubbies.

Currently, you will need to bring your own mat, blanket, and pillow to be cozy. We will be offering those shortly.
